Check-In & Check-Out
Your keypad door code will be sent through Airbnb on the morning of your check-in, no key needed. If it isn’t working, text us and we’ll sort it out right away.
Right by the front door, you’ll find a switch that turns on the living room lamps and TV, handy for settling in as soon as you walk in.

You’ll find it in the living room, feel free to adjust it during your stay. Before you head out, please reset it to 78° in the summer or 65° in the cooler months.
House Basics
- 8 guests maximum
- Beach chairs, bikes, boogie boards, and pickleball paddles are in the storage closet, just grab and go, though what’s available can vary by season and depends on guests taking care of the outdoor equipment, please treat it like it’s yours
- Rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading inside from the beach
- Washer and dryer are downstairs in the finished basement
- Free parking is available on the property
- Please rinse the beach chairs and any beach toys and put them back in the storage closet so they’re ready for the next guest
- Help yourself to our games and books, they’re for you to enjoy while you’re here
Trash & Recycling
Trash and recycling bins are on the side of the house, and trash bags are under the sink if you need them. Collection day is Tuesday, we’d love it if you could take the cans out that morning.
If you’re bringing home fresh seafood, please seal any fish waste in a trash bag before it goes in the bin, especially if you’re catching or cleaning the fish yourself.
Full pickup details are on the town’s trash schedule page.
Cooking & Pantry
We love to cook and try to keep things simple and low waste when we can. You’re welcome to use any spices, oils, or unopened pantry items during your stay, and feel free to leave anything behind that other guests can enjoy.
We just ask that you clear out any perishable items from the fridge before you head out.
Getting to the Beach
Our deeded beach access is a short walk from the cottage, just down the driveway, a quick crossing of N. Anderson Blvd, and straight down to the sand. No public access crowds, no long walk.
